“Mcdonalds Treatment of staff”

After working todays shift 14/07/2012 at the Mcdonalds in Eastbourne Lottbridge Drove England I have decided to write this review based on what was witnessed with respect to treatment of staff. While one of the crew member was sweeping the floor the store manager humilliated the crew member by saying "here boy come and get these biscuits" to the employee who was sweeping the floor. Throughout the shift the manager would stand at the front and hound staff to work harder, since he is tall like the devil, spotty and ugly like the devil this felt like i was in hell given the temperature from the hot day.
By mid-morning the manager had decided he had had enough and began swearing at the same employee, and threatend to sack him if he did not break a sweat whilst at work. Since the employee failed to break a sweat the manager then said it would be easier to attach the broom to his bumhole so he could sweep the restaurant whilst working. The manager routinly asks staff to pick up buns from the floor and take meat out the waste bins if they are half defrosted since the grills will kill the germs. Since working here I have decided never again to eat this food.
