When we went to collect car, Budget indicated additional insurance cover offered and taken up through RentalCars.com could cause us a problem should we have an accident. Clarity required from both RentalCars.com/Budget Cars rather than confusion caused.

Car also had some superficial scratches and an indent on front bumper which we pointed out to them and they accepted. Disappointed this was not included in paperwork at time of collection as it required us to return to branch office from car park pick-up point to be noted on paperwork.

Locality of Budget Office was excellent.
