“Good deal, good service overall”

Ash Cycles had the best online price for the bikes I was interested in. I chose my favourite, added it to my basket in my size and the transaction stalled when the website insisted on delivering to my credit card address.

However, when I called, they revealed that they had no stock of my first and second choice bikes (both 2011 models, admittedly) in my size. But Mark was very affable and we were able to reach a good deal on a bike that fitted my needs.

Very happy with the bike, delivery was good, packaging good, one or two scratches on it consistent with it being part set up in the workshop, but no big deal.

Overall, a good feeling about the process - I got a great bike at a good price, pretty quickly.
