“Happy returning customer”

Excellent service - delivered in a couple of days and usual good quality.
Bought two tops in the same size. However on arrival it was clear that one of the tops had been incorrectly sized. On phoning to explain the problem, received an immediate apology and told that a pre postage envelope would be sent.
The person I spoke to was professionally warm in manner and so helpful. Yes I was unhappy that I needed to return the garment but very happy with the efficient way it was dealt with.
Will continue to use the Company.
