“Absolute joke”

Ordered the free 6 month broadband package thinking it was a great deal.

Ordered this on the 1st of June it is now the 11th of July and I still don't have broadband at my house.

They managed to arrange an engineer to come round 4 weeks after I ordered. I took the day off work with great difficulty and surprise surprise no one turns up!No one contacted me to inform me. I found out by phoning up myself.

They have now booked in another engineer who cannot come for another week. I think I'll be lucky to get broadband within 2 months of ordering it.

A complete joke. Do not get trapped by this headline deal guys.
