I have tried everything.... my own spreadsheet meal plans, weight watchers, myfitnesspal... etc but they always have something lacking. Frustration with weight watchers at no calorie information, myfitnesspal no help with planning your meals and no real support. Tesco diets includes all the best diets with shopping lists which is a godsend. Obviously you still have to read carefully and make sure you're not overbuying but you get used to it. The mentors are all really helpful.
One con is that I personally think the calories are set very high for weight loss, especially compared to other sites... although maybe I'm just bigger than I thought. I think also because I am a student and work from home, I am more sedentary than most people so I set my calories to the absolute minimum.
Also, some of the diets don't display calories for meals, but this may be remedied by speaking to the mentors.
You wont be disappointed, this is the best help available. Good luck :)
