“Incorrect order sent”

I have just received my multibuy order of 3 Ethel and Murray stamps.
However, I was only sent 2 of the 3 plus a golfing one from a different multibuy. Now I have the hassel of returning the complete order, battling to get my P&P refunded also, as why should I be out of pocket due to their error? or request a replacement, which will not be available by the time all this has been resolved. I'm speaking from experience as I have been sent incorrect orders in the past. I refuse to contact them by phone due to the expense and inability to communicate with the India call operator. I have been a member for many years and do buy a lot of products from them, but first check on line prices as sometimes their prices are way over the odds.
