“horrible service from cleb16”

Shopping from Celb16 was the terrible experience I ever had. First of all local number listed 2063374852 never worked for me, I was instructed to leave a message no one respond to me. Chat line is off all the time. Email you get respond after 24 hours sometimes don’t even get answer for your concern. I order bridesmaids dress using the special they had buy 3 get the 4th free. I paid $20 for fastest deliver but took forever to get to me. Once I got it wasn’t the color described on picture, they don’t know the deferent yellow and bronze. I received all the dresses in same size, but I specified each was different size request. I emailed them about my concern however I was told to send the dresses back with my expense first in order to get another one with correct size. Wedding is in a couple weeks, this is still issue and a bad experience I ever had. I do not recommend at all horrible service!!!
