“VPS too much downtime”

There are too many incidents that my company's VPS account has been subject to downtime.

The current incident that we've had is that our customers websites have been down around 16 hours, which is not acceptable when you are running a web business.

I've been with LCN for around 6 month and had about 10 incidents regarding downtime or extremely slow responses, and now with the current incident (16+ hours complete website downtime) I'm getting fed up.

Wouldn't recommend.
