I live in Auckland, New Zealand and am terribly disappointed that there is no contact centre that is available over here for customer concerns and complaints. I purchased 2 Nair Sensitive Formula 19.5g tube and neither of them work at all. They don't come cheap either so i was really cross that i have no recourse to do anything about it. What a bloody waste of money!! Will certainly NOT RECOMMEND!
