sales rep came out at our request,he was very informative not pushy attal. 2 lads who installed windows and doors were also very mannerly,hard working and very willing to oblige to work to our requirements(had to install back bedrm window 1st due to ill health requirements).no mess was left,they cleaned and vaccumed each area as they went. beautiful windows and doors,slight alteration regarding replacement of handle(due to small sratch). definately customer satisfaction on our behalf.
