Recently bought 4 pairs of Ray Ban frames on a "frame only" basis (2 pairs for my wife & 2 pairs for myself). Totally satisfied with the service, even though both my wife's frames were on an 8 week "back order" from Italy. They actually arrived in around 5 weeks, but the price we paid made them totally worth waiting for. The guy who glazed them all for us couldn't believe the price we paid and we even got a further discount as a repeat customer. Found the Customer Service staff in Scotland were delightful to deal with and the way they are packaged for shipment was absolutely 1st Class. What more can I say!!
