I tried Nova once and won´t do it again. In a place (in Croatia) where my car was supposed to be were nobody when I tried to pick the car. I called to the local car rental firm and got a shocking answer. They couln't give me any car because Nova hadn't pay them payments they have promised. They in Croatia said that they don't co-operate with Nova anymore.
I sent to Nova two e-mails and didn´t get any answer. No I did reclamation to my credit car company because Nova charged prepayment and hasn't pay it back. I certainly can't recommend Nova Rent a Car to anyone.
