Returned in the early hours of this morning after the worst flying experience ever. Delays both ways with pathetic excuses from staff & pilot alike. Check-in staff both in Manchester & Palma give us litle or incorrect information. The excuses churned out by the pilot in both direction blamed everybody bar Monarch for the delays. The food served on-board was absolute rubbish, there was no running water in the sink in the toilet compartment, the cabin crew were rude, patronising & totally unprofessional. I will never use this airline again and nor will any of my family members. I have awarded one star because the system will not let me award zero!!
