“Excellent aftercare”

We bought a Neff oven and hob recently. When our plumber opened up the hob there was a slight defect on the top. I rang appliance world and they arranged for an engineer to come out. He came within the week, brough a replacement part and fixed the problem straight away, no quibbles. Would definately use them again
