After returning from a length period abroad, i elected to go onto contract with Orange. Having kept a pay as you go mobile number for a few years i wished to tranfer over my number and passed this request to the indian call centre. Despite 3 calls to the service centre to chase up the progress, i discovered that Orange had infact TOTALLY mistunderstood my requirements and cancelled my old number completely. TOTAL, COMPLETE and UTTER RUBBISH. I would not recommend Orange to anyone at all after this debacle.
