I have nothing good to say about Orange! I've had problem after problem and no-one seems to care. I now live in Australia making it a whole lot more difficult to talk to anyone. I've sent many emails, some that never make it through because the system is rubbish, but the majority of which are ignored and I'm still waiting for replies months down the line! When I call, I'm on hold for ages after fighting my way through the numerous automated messages to be passed from department to department with no-one willing to take responsibility for the issue. They also refused to call me back because it wasn't company policy to phone abroad. That was, until I threatened to take legal action and then they couldn't get on the phone quick enough to resolve my issue, even taking over £300 off my bill. I was so fed up with them, that I left. But now I can't even pay my bill online because my phone number is not recognised so I'm back to square one; emails that no-one will answer and expensive phone calls to everybody at Orange!
I told them I was moving to Australia but nobody warned me about the obscenely expensive charges or about switching off data roaming. The criminals charge £8/minute to use your internet abroad! What a joke! I didn't even receive the standard welcome text when I arrived, informing me of the charges.
If I had known all this at the start, I wouldn't have wasted my time, energy and money on such an unprofessional, extortionate and heartless bunch of crooks! NEVER AGAIN!!!
