“Does not work for non-hotel places”

Not very happy with the information they provide with regards to places to stay other then hotels, they should have a totally different site with regards to Bed & Breakfasts like BBCanada. They don't have enough regards for the Owners of the B&B. When people are staying in someones home such as a B&B they should be able to get some general information about the guests before they are booked in. One of my last trips had a couple staying in the other guestroom that were nuts and the owners really had no choice because bookings.com just sends out a confirmation before the Owners can even find out who they are. Would not want to be a B&B Owner having to work with Bookings.com just beacuse they bribe their way to a "top travel Agent" site. Will never use Bookings.com again.
