“Terrible Customer Service and Attitude”

We moved to our 6th new build, in Sept 2011, so are used to the usual snagging issues that occur. Once they had our money and we were in the 'safe hands' of customer care (!) it all started going downhill. They promise much, deliver little and have not concern about residents, just so long as they can carry on building. Dirty roads, blocked roads, dirty footpaths, noise, promises on snagging unkept. They also seem to have failed to install any visitor parking so residents are forced to park on roads and blocking other areas. Bellway have done NOTHING to help and display all the caring or proactive attitude of a slug! Apologies to all slugs..... The sad thing is that the house is quite good, but this builder ruin it all with their money grabbing, negative and unhelpful attitude. What they do worse than any other builder, is in looking after the people that have moved in. Really poor.
