“terrible service”

on the journey out myself and husband were told we could not sit together unless we paid £16 for extra leg room seats (did not make any difference when I told them I was pregnant) then flight was delayed for over an hour which they did not tell us about until we were all sat on the plane waiting. Also did not find stewards friendly or helpful, they cluttered up the aisles and were extremely slow and left myself, an old man and a young boy waiting about 20 miniutes like idiots to go back to our seats after going to the toilets while they chatted about duty free and totally ignored us.

The food and drinks are a rip off and on the journey home they ran out of sandwiches because they did not stock enough and all I could have was some disgusting porridge which they charged me £2.60 for and apparently I was told by other customers it can be bought for about 35p from Lidl or somewhere like that. Would not use again ever!!!
