Everything was explained to me in good detail and in a way that I could understand. The staff that I spoken to on the phone were always very friendly and happy to help with my queries. I was never on hold for too long. When I decided to pay off my debt in settlement fee's, the process was quite quick and easy and I got a log of support from Debt Advisory.
I would be very happy to recommend the company to a friend who may struggle with debt in the future.
