“appauling customer service”

I ordered a dress from boohoo and paid for next day delivery on sunday 1st July, which means it should have arrived on Tuesday 3rd of July. I tracked my order on the Tuesday afternoon and it said courier was unable to deliver because of error in postcode. I went back to my confirmation email and my full address and postcode was correct. I emailed customer services and the only thing I got back was that they would investigate, I then sent another two emails on tuesday and got no reply.
Wednesday and still no dress and no email to explain why, so I sent another email, finally on Wednesday night they sent me an email to say that my postcode didnt match my address. So again I checked my confirmation and as before, everything was correct. I sent an email to tell them this and surprise surprise I got another email saying "we are investigating." It is now late Thursday afternoon and I am still waiting for my dress and an email. I need my dress for tomorrow night and I know fine well its not going to be here so not only am I £31 out of pocket, I am going to have to go out and buy something else in the morning. I have never ever had worse customer service in my life. The only way to dal with them is through Email, theres no telephone number and by the look of all these reviews they just keep getting away with it. Its disgracefull!
THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT 1 SATR IS BECAUSE THIS WOULD'NT PUBLISH UNLESS I GAVE A RATING BUT BELIEVE ME THEY WOULD'NT HAVE GOT ANY STARS OTHERWISE.
