“Loyality to existing customers or Renewal incentative HA!”

Over 12 years as loyal custom, never missing a payment or being late to pay. I requested an upgrade at the end of my 24month contract however, they have offered me no real mobile incentive, no loyalty, would not even match other offers available on the internet of which happened to be on an Orange contract. Nonetheless, they were happy to try and sell me a landline deal with a broadband package! The Orange representative placed me on silent, (so he thought and was talking to colleges) stating so far this month he made 7 such sales and was about to make another HA. NB. They try and tell you, you are unable to transfer your number to another Orange contract (WRONG). Move your number to a PAYG and then onto your new contract slight messing but significant savings to be made. Good luck
