“Kinetico 2020C fitted by Aquanova Basingstoke”

We purchased a Kinetico 2020C and Reverse Osmosis drinking water system in 2005, which is a reasonable investment. The units were both fitted under the sink and both were both working within a few hours. Aquanova did a really good job and have been great with the support since, although I have only had them out once in this time!

Having never lived in a hard water area before we quickly realised that we could not live with amount of build up around the taps and shower, (and in the pipes too!) so having researched the market opted for the Kinetico unit.

The unit is well made, looks like it was designed and not a tank with pipes etc bolted on. There is virtually no maintenance and replacing the "salt" is easy, it takes less than one minute and last for over a 6 weeks! The unit is obviously working as the taps are free from any deposits, the shower head shows no signs of clogging up and the shower screen remains relatively clear. Even better it also saves on the cleaning fluids as you need to use much less to achieve the same results.

The real benefit is what you cannot see, the pipes and hot water cylinder which are free from any deposits. The price of replacing these would be far greater than the cost of the unit hence it really is good investment.
