Delayed due to volcanic ash. No information at all was ever provided. No representative at the airport. No response to e mails. Phone number NEVER answered - except to say 'busy, ring later'. Compensation now offered nearly 4 months later and after the intervention of Trading Standards) for 5 nights delay - 20 Euros per day per person which is supposed to be reasonable for 3 star accomodation and meals!
A good airline if no problems but very bad in a situation such as this.
