i have lost 2 stones with my class, the most weight i have ever managed,the best thing is the huge variety of food to choose from,staying to class is a must, we do it together,we all accept losses and gains,new ideas and recipes.When i put on 5pounds it was dissheartning, but i didit through greed. We all read other classes facebook pages and we make new friends too.
