We recently stayed at a hotel in Lisbon, Portugal there was a problem with the room booked, the balcony patio doors would not lock.The hotel gave us a
smaller room and agreed cheaper price. Before we unpacked we went for snack
next door in a small cafe as the hotel has no restaurant and before we
could eat I received a phone call from Bookings.com asking if everything had been sorted to my satisfaction, I said yes and thanked them for phone call. After unpacking I checked my lap top and found an email confirming
new room and new rates. Full marks all round.
