This is the worst insurance company to date I had to deal with!! I am sorry I ever went with them. I have been with Elephant, Norwich Union, etc. all were far better than this. Not only Admiral manipulates your details to their advantage so they can charge you more. Just cancelling my policy was 25 pounds!, which is less than the refund and we are talking about 6 months being left on the insurance. Absolutely ridiculous!! Never go for their multicar policy, they mix up my details with my husband's. They mess up your no claim bonus too! The communication is very poor, once we wanted to add another car to our policy and the barely English speaking individual from Asia mixed it all up and we drove our old car back without insurance!! I am glad I am free from this scamming bunch!! Appaling unhelpful service!! I never write reviews but couldn't help to warn others of this insurer.
