“Using the internet on booking.com”

I have been using booking.com for quite few years now, and I cannot fault them, their search is second to none, I have never been unable to find what I want. And the one time I had to change my booking arrangements (I had to cancel at the last minute, and re-schedule). The procedure was very easy to complete with no problems? Totally trouble free, companies are only as good as there after-sales, so I have to give them top marks.
