“Misleading labelling, rude staff, get it sorted Tesco!”

I am sick of Tesco having items on offer, and items not included in the offer on the same shelves, so if you pick up the wrong item, the offer doesn't go through and you are charged full price. It happened yet again the other day, noticed it on the reciept, had to take lady from customer service to show her, she could not figure out why the offer hadn't gone through either, called another lady who obviously did not want to know, not her section etc, anyway, she was looking - couldn't figure it out, then she moved the BIG yellow label (yellow when its an offer) only to find the white label completely hidden underneath, so the items I chose where not on offer and that was why I was charged full price, as usual, I was basically told it was my own fault for not looking properly, obviously I was supposed to look under labels and move them, I politely said that it was really bad and the yellow label was HIDING the white labels, I mean, they couldn't even figure it out themselves at first, they try to make out you are stupid but I stood my ground and said it looks as though they do it on purpose. I know what they are like and still get caught out, and so has my mother, they are the worst supermarket for doing this, we have complained about this in the past, but they still do it. Also, many of the staff are rude, unfriendly and abrupt, I am always polite and friendly with people, but in Tesco they either stare at you, ignore you when you speak to them, order you about (go to the self-service checkout when you are quite happy where you are) or act like you are stupid, I never look forward to going there and only shop there when I have too. Get your act together Tesco, you are losing customers, your rude and unpleasant staff make shopping there a horrible experience.
