I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. Husband caught in a ditch in snow, called green flag who phoned me to get the £95 charge over the phone before they would help.While i was on the phone to green flag a kind passing 4by4 rescued my Husband. At that time, a call from recovery to say"THEY WILL BE ON THERE WAY WITHIN THE HOUR". They were told during that call to cancel as he had just got out of the ditch. A female on the other side of phone said money will be refunded. After 5 days, still fighting to get money back. Green flag are aware and at time of e-mail are still refusing to refund.
