“Loss of Quality”

I loved playing games on Pogo with family and friends after a long work week. Over the last several months just accessing games is difficult to impossible despite following all of the staff recommendations to update java, change browsers, etc... Currently the forums are full of the same issues from many other members. I attempted to contact staff for help and have gotten links that don't respond to email, inaccessible icons for online chat help or phone information for help. This frustration is not worth renewing. The service sorely lacks. I would not recommend this to a friend at the present level of poor service, difficulty loading games, and inaccessibility of 'help' to address issues.
