Purchased a divan bed which arrived with the divan Torn also had Numerous oily patches all over the mattress & base which was in a plastic casing????. We eventually decided after a lot of tooing & froing to cancel & request a full refund. White van arrived eventually with 2 people who were having hassle from their boss over the mobile, whilst trying to uplift the divan and not making a good job of it as kept dropping it.I spoke with the boss & told him to leave it out & finished call. Confirmed with supplier pick up & was informed refund in 3-5 working days following receipt of bed in w'hse. Emailed them on 27th June & was told sorry will get a/c to issue refund 3-5 working days.Phoned today 3rd July & was told (refund had got lost in system would arrange another refund 3-5 working days. By this time I had lost it & asked to be put onto acct's manager.Sorry cannot do as not in this building. OK let me speak to CEO, sorry not in this building & the girl with whom I spoke with, did not know the name of their CEO. However was told their telephone Number and was promised an email as soon as refund was to be actioned. If you Value Your Sanity Do Not touch these people and keep hold of your cash.
