I buy a huge amount of stuff off Amazon - too much probably!

Its rare anything goes wrong but on the two occasions I had to return things it couldn't have been easier. They organised collection and refunded within a few working days.

I have an Amazon Prime membership - worthwhile if you buy a lot from them. Generally its very quick - though not always the next day delivery they promised - especially if they send via Royal Mail.

Prices on Amazon always competitive - not necessarily the cheapest but if you buy from cheap and cheerful shops you risk problems.

I prefer a problem free life and therefore use Amazon.
