The shipping is terrible. I bought a dress and was told it would arrive in 1-2 weeks (I needed it to a party in 5 weeks), and 4 weeks have past, and NOTHING. I contacted the customer service 3 times, and today (the party is in 4 days) I was told it might take another 4 weeks for it to arrive. I'm VERY unhappy with the shipping, and I really, really hope the dress is worth the money and time.
