“The worse online purchase experience I have ever had”

A catalogue of errors from start to finish, wrong bed delivered followed by faulty bed followed by being promised a call on the third day of delivery, only for the call never to transpire ..... apathetic staff who don't give a damn, who fob you off, not committing to any level of customer service because "they are really busy at the moment".

i strongly recommend you DO NOT use this company .... They rarely answer the phone or you have to hold for 5 plus minutes before someone answers, they won't fulfill promises they make to call you, and they give inaccurate information after inaccurate information.

I am not a complainer, I understand that mistakes can happen and we are all human, but this was my worst ever experience of buying something -, in a shop, online, wherever, these guys are awful. I am genuinely shocked a company can operate in such a way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I will recommend that all my friends and family give them a wide berth!
