Have been with Esure for a few years and have all the policy documents. This year, I have not received a new policy after renewing in March. I gave esure a call about sending me one and they told me that they did sent one off, but it would cost me £26 pounds for them to send me another. It is quite possible that it was lost in the post, or they have made a mistake, but there is no way that the policy has been posted through my door. I didn't pay the £26 and I will not renew next year with Esure.
