“Everything went to plan”

First time I had used IMI Parking and I was concerned about whether it would all go as described. The video for the drop-off location was perfect, the driver was waiting and the hand-over was very professional. Collection went eually well, just a short delay caused by the very heavy traffic in Gatwick North Terminal. It's a great service as it is much more convenient than the Long-Term Carpark, it's also less expensive and it works exactly as IMI describes it.
