“Car Hire in Leeds - The cheapest we found online”

We had the stressful task of trying to find 3 cars for a family trip out. I searched on the net for 3 or 4 companies based in leeds that i knew i could find easily but more importantly would have the cars i needed in stock without charging me a fortune. I ran around a few of them, naming no names there were a couple who seemed more interested in talking to themselves whilst i was on mute then actually bothering with me whilst i was on hold. (note to them, remember to press the mute button if you going to chat about your weekend rather than speak to a customer).............

anyway, after not much luck in getting what i wanted i eventually called Nationwide Car Hire UK based in Leeds on evanston road. Well what can i say other than they were really helpful on the phone (didn't put me on hold and speak about the weekend) they actually seemed appreciative of my business which is what all companies should be like shouldn't they? They had 2 of the cars i needed in stock which were 1 ford focus (for the children and cases) and 1 mercedes c220 for me and my partner. They didnt have a golf in at the time i called but they did say if i gave them 5 minutes they would call me back as one was due in (i did get offered lots of other similar size cars by the way but this was for my grandparents and they really dont like any other cars apart from VW golfs.)

To cut a longer story short, they did call me back as they said and a golf was being returned to them the same day so i got all 3 cars from them. Cheaper deposit than most as well which was refreshing, and most definitely the cheapest id seen on the net from any company in Leeds and even the larger companies. Cars were perfect, dropped them off, deposits back to me instantly. Would definitely recommend and use again. Great service guys and thankyou.
