We had reservations for 2 nights at this B&B. We arrived at the address after passing it several times.. We were not sure about it because it had scaffolding around the building and the front door looked dirty and abandoned. After knocking for more than 5 minutes a car arrived around and opened the garage, it was a neighbor who got on the phone with the owner and opened the door for us!,,On the phone the owner said to choose a room and she would see us in the AM. Of course we did not stay, it was inhabitable!! We got in touch with Bookings.com so we would not be charged......WE WERE CHARGED ANYWAY!! Bookings.com had pictures we took to see how bad it was! Will NOT use Bookings.com EVER again. They have no respect for the customers
