Hi excited I contacted you regards my upgrade having counted down the days , how fantastic 29th June my upgrade day! Go online and select my new handset oh dear for my upgrade to actually be an upgrade I need to phone you oh well here goes ring ring lots of options terrible music very very long wait finally a human being who spoke very nicely and confirmed my upgrade was available GREAT! hang on I have to pay £100 to upgrade BOO! hang on a minute I can have a refurb one for FREE only you haven't got any please phone again i am told guess what my query is now HOW DO I LEAVE o2????
Just gone on phones for u website Free handset better tarrif from a new provider, Guess Who????? o2 What a JOKE!
