“Dropped us in the middle of the road”

arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel. first of all the driver doesn't speak English which makes communication absolutely impossible. the driver couldn't find our hotel and kept going around and around until all in a sudden started shouting in Turkish and threw our luggage and forced us to step out of the vehicle. it was midnight and i was absolutely freaked out. i stood in the middle of the road with my kids searching for any taxi, however the driver reversed after he went on for about 200 meters. getting back to the vehicle again the driver finally got to know the hotel. i can say this is the worst customer service i have seen in my life.
