ordered the marlboro 3 seater power recliner settee waited 14 weeks for delivery settee faulty complained to delivery men fobbed off reported it to customer services fobbed off 2 service managers visits awaiting 3rd still fault not rectified asked for replacement or refund basicley told you've got it now keep it. WE will never deal with this firm again
the sales team couldn,t have been better but after care couldn't care less
once customer sold product end of story
