I was changing my car and got a money supermarket/go compare quote.
As my previous car was insured with one call I was looking to just change my cover but wanted a comparison. I was shocked to see that the quote I received "on line" from one call was going to double my premium for my new car compared to some other companies. Any way I still contacted one call and asked for a re quote of my current insurance for a change of vehicle explained I had got cheaper quotes on line and was concerned that my current premium would double if I stayed with one call.
I needn't have worried. I communicated with James Butler via email who was very helpful and I was only charged the £55 change over fee which I was already aware would happen. My advice always check direct as existing customers are offered "loyalty" considerations.
