“Missed sons birthday”

I ordered the boardgame King of Tokyo which is out of stock on a number of games sites, but I was delighted to find that this site had it in stock. After ordering and taking my money I was advised that it would arrive in 2-3 days to deliver. 5-6 weeks later it arrived ! I had to chase to make enquiries and found Customer Service to be very poor. On one occasion I was simply repointed to look at their FAQ link as to why my item had not yet arrived (which incidently didn't help). The website continued to state 2-3 days delivery throughout for this item. So, the game was late for my sons birthday and the box was damaged to boot. Not impressed
