My main concern about Total Fitness is the very poor customer service and the disinterest and attitude of staff when you are attempting to resolve an issue. Mine is a minor issue about my contract which is escalating into a bigger issue simply because of the unfriendly, unhelpful attitude of staff. I have never experienced such poor customer care before. I will not be reviewing my membership and would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be writing to the chief executive and would advise anyone experiencing poor customer care from them to do the same. I am clearly not the only customer of theirs who has had a bad experience.
