“Cancelled Holiday”

Mother died shortly before we were due to go to America,called Halifax travel insurance and talked to a very understanding girl who forwarded us all relevant forms,within 10 days full refund ( minus excess)
We also received a nice letter of condolence which we thought was a very nice gesture.
Cannot fault service at all and would not hesitate to recommend.
