it was good, i got the money a couple of days after i sent the phone off, i got the money they said i would get it (with a little price cuts sadly), and i knew the price wasnt bad, even with it been broken, they emailed me to let me know that they have received it and that i would get the money the same day although i got it the next day maybe due to some banking problems.
