“Do not buy anything from this awful company!!!!”

Recently I purchased some furniture from 24Ace, which I hasten to add, took nearly FOUR months for all items to finally arrive!! The total for these items, which looked good in the catalogue but not when I made them (looked cheap and nasty!!!), came to £329.00. I then recieved a statement in May to begin paying off this bill and I contacted Ace to pay my first installment of £100. However, on recieving my second statement, I had an unbelievable shock. Not only have I have to pay a minimum charge but also I have been charged service charge!!, which I knew nothing about, and wasn't informed at all about this when I purchased, of £32.76!. I was absolutely furious with this, so I phoned their so-called CARELINE (LOL!!) and there was no feeling from them at all. I still had to pay this service charge on top of my balance and the rep showed no feelings to my complaint and no compassion and felt like I was wasting my time. Please everyone, DO NOT purchase anything from this awful company and don't fall into the trap of paying by credit as you will experience the same pitfall of not only paying a minimum charge, but a disgraceful service charge as well. Absolutely disgraceful and shabby organisation!!
