“USELESS”

Make sure you read the terms and conditions when sending something because they don,t seem to insure you for anything the damage. Even though you pay for insurance and you tell them what you are sending. I used them to return a toilet and sink for my toilet as it was to big. After 10 days the shop still hadn't received it. i had to phone inter parcel 5 times to find out it had been smashed into 1000 pieces. They said i was not covered as it was a restricted item. On the list it seems any item you could possibly send is a restricted item.

The customer services were rude and unhelpful and wanted me to take a day off work so they could send my broken toilet and sink back to me because they won't send it on a saturday. So basically i have had to take a days holiday and pay them £35 for destroying my £150 toilet and sink.
